The work I do is sacred, born from both my professional path and my personal journey of love, grief, and transformation. I’ve been called to share sacred healing work that helps others remember their wholeness, experience freedom, and return to love.
As a Certified Emotion Code and Body Code Practitioner, I facilitate the release of trapped emotions and energetic imbalances that can create disharmony in the body, mind, and spirit. These hidden energies often show up as pain, fatigue, or emotional heaviness. When released, the body is free to realign to its natural state of balance and peace.
Woven into this work, I serve as an Intuitive Life Designer® Coach, guiding others to reconnect with their soul’s truth. Through compassionate, heart-centered coaching, I help illuminate the path back to joy, purpose, and authenticity — so you can create and live a life that feels fully aligned with who you are meant to be.
At the heart of this work is transformation: returning to love, embracing your wholeness, and living from a sacred place of truth.

What Sets Me Apart
For nearly 40 years, I have had the privilege of caring for individuals as a registered nurse, with much of that time devoted to hospice . These experiences opened me to the depth of healing that extends beyond the physical — into the realms of the mind, heart, and spirit.
I also know grief on a profoundly personal level. After the heartbreaking passing of our oldest son to suicide, I was awakened by his eternal loving spirit. In that moment the veil was lifted. I was shown a deep remembrance of who we truly are infinite love, divine light, and eternal connection.
My journey taught me that while pain and grief can feel overwhelming, they also hold the doorway to profound healing. What I’ve discovered — and now share through my work — is that the true freedom we seek is not outside of us, but within us.
Today, I bring together decades of professional experience and personal transformation to guide others in releasing what weighs them down and reclaiming the love within.
My commitment is to hold sacred space for you — to guide you in releasing unconscious patterns, soften into peace, and step fully into an aligned life filled with clarity, calm, and soulful joy.
